so when you film on your HDR-XR500V in 240 fps, 1) is the footage progressive or interleaved, and 2) what is the frame size? Is there any quality degradation? If so, what?
-Thanks!
-Thanks!

I have watched the film again to see if I can understand why I can not connect with it. The start is very clever with technical skill but it is a little long and you feel a little lost before the riding action starts. I understand the need for a build up and I think it is sometimes the hardest part to get right. The actual riding sequence does feel to me like you are filming from outside the group from a distance. In my own opinion I do like to see interaction with the riders and camera but unless you know them well it is hard to achive.
Saying this some of your ideas really work. I love the super slow mo and I only tried using time lapse filming after watching one of your films.
I have only been filming a couple of years and I am learning all the time. I do value constructive comments and try to give them when I leave them.
I also have a question. I am struggling to process HD footage with my PC and am wondering if to switch to a MAC Book or iMAC and wondered what you thought?

Hey man. Just curious why do you shoot with a Nikon DSLR rather than an actual video camera. You clearly have access to significantly better cameras in terms of quality. Why not use them?

I posted that one to show ppl that drivers do not care about us; they are terrible; and I believe we need bike lanes. This is a reason why.

cus I like videos; lol. I just was uploading a bunch cus i am testing what resolution I can get out of the pinkbike server. so i made a video encoded with the highest known format i could and then conformed my video clips to different resolutions. the one that worked the best is the clip of the cables, if you pause it you will see that it is very clean
